FAQ's
1. How do I place an order?
Simply choose your style from the menu choice on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the steps provided to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email once everything is tickety-boo!
2. I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email. What's going on?
Sometimes computers get a bit silly and they redirect our e-mail to the Spam or Junk folder in your inbox. Please check your Spam or Junk folders to see if your confirmation e-mail was sent there. If you are still unable to find it, please shoot us a line at hello@instababes.co.nz and we'll have a look for you right away.
3. I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?
Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! If you're order contains products from 2 of our international suppliers, we will contact you and keep you informed throughout the whole process; transparency is what we do best.
4. Will i get my item before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we recommend you place your order as soon as possible, 2-4 weeks before the date the of the holiday otherwise there is a risk of the item(s) not arriving on time. We are not to held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays due to delays in courier/shipping services.
5. Oops, I changed my mind. Can i cancel my order?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible at hello@instababes.co.nz if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
