Returns Policy


Unfortunately, # I N S T A B A B E S does not offer refunds on goods worn due to hygiene standards.

You are entitled to a replacement, if you have received a faulty garment. If a replacement is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. 

In order to return a garment - the items must:

⁃ be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
⁃ no smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. # I N S T A B A B E S reserve the right to reject a return if we deem it to be in a 'used' condition.

We strive to get all orders packed and sent out ASAP and within the correct time frame, however we cannot take responsibility for factors beyond our control e.g. postal or courier services not running to schedule.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your country of residence, the times take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to # I N S T A B A B E S, although not required it is suggested you send via tracked parcels, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.  If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
