Great news! # I N S T A B A B E S offers FREE standard shipping on all orders and premium shipping on orders above $150 to Australia and New Zealand. We do aim to please after all!
Please note our extensive range is shipped from our international distribution partners so please look at the tables below for a summary of our shipping times and costs:

Please note - Customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, mutliple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be abandoned at destination. In the event of a redirection to the situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.
Delivery times exclude the time for processing your order. In almost all cases, this process takes 24-36 hours, but don't worry; we'll always keep you updated on the status of your order. We strive to get all orders packed and sent out ASAP and within the correct time frame, however we cannot take responsibility for factors beyond our control e.g. postal or courier services not running to schedule. If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within the estimated delivery time, please email hello@instababes.co.nz with your Full Name and your Order Number so we can follow up on your order.
